Shipping policy

We do our best to process orders and ship them out within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends or holidays). Most orders ship same or next business day. Orders placed during especially busy times (sales and holidays) may take longer to ship. You will receive an email with tracking information when your shipping label is printed. Please allow 24-48 hours after you receive tracking information for the tracking to update. Due to the nature of our products being mostly glass and heavy, shipping prices will vary by weight. Shipping prices are presented during the checkout process, and prices are presented directly from the shipping carriers based on your cart's weight and destination. We offer USPS and UPS carrier options. We ship from FL, USA.

*We do our best to use recyclable and better-for-the-planet materials in our fulfillment process like cardboard boxes and soy-based inks. Our Evergreen Curated packing tape is 100% fully home compostable printed with soy based inks. The only time we use plastic tape/plastic bubble wrap is in an effort to reuse what we have (receiving bubble wrap from an order or reusing a box that already has plastic tape on it).*

You may see your order delivered in reused boxes from time to time. This is our attempt to cut down on waste and reuse a perfectly good box. We know it might not be as fashionable as a brand new box, but we hope you'll appreciate our effort to reduce waste.

Evergreen Curated is not responsible for lost, damage, or stolen packages, however we will work with you and the carrier to get the issue resolved.

Orders to Canada

We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, fees incurred upon delivery in Canada. The customer is responsible for any and all import duties and taxes upon delivery.

Evergrain Sourdough Orders

Please note, all Evergrain Sourdough bakery products including our sourdough bread are highly recommended to ship 2nd day air to ensure freshness and will ship on the next available bake day regardless of the shipping ETA at checkout (typically Tuesdays of every week). *Some states will have the option to choose ground shipping, but choosing this is at your own risk! Orders delivering in Florida typically arrive in 1-2 business days with USPS or UPS ground. Orders delivering to neighboring states typically arrive in 2-3 business days with UPS ground.
